When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 2-5 days from your initial order date. Next day guaranteed order will arrive on the next working day only if the order is placed before 2pm. Please note that orders for next day placed before this time on a Friday will de delivered on Monday. If your order does not arrive within 15 days, there may be a problem with the mailing system, please contact us while you are facing this problem. Please note, international orders will arrive within 10-15 days from your order date. All packages sent out on next day services require a signature and if a parcel has been sent on next day and there was no-one in sign for it no refund will be given.
Who will deliver my order?
Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail ( for normal delivery), City Link ( for next day guaranteed delivery), Fedex (for international delivery).
How do I return my order?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund exclusive shipping cost. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 14 days following the receipt of your shipment. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not accept packages with postage due. Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package.
